Hello again .

It's been a while since the last time I posted a book reveiw .I've been struggling to get a job which is related to medical translation work and actually it got me little time to read books!!  I've got a pile of TBR's haha ( the bright side:I don't spend lots of money on books)Anyway,enough waffling.

Today,I am going to write how I feel about the book "Call Me By Your Name".

Also if you are a big fan of it, you might not want to know what I think about the book and the film as well so you can skip this page and please check other reviews where I say something better lol .

In my opinion, the book is boring, writing story could've been clearly more organised,the portraits of some characters are not sufficient.

Many people love this book and I was so excited to read it but HONESTLY this is a huge let-down for me.Maybe this is not about the book but me who can not see the beauty of their relationship or intimacy.But I don't see why Elio develops his feeling toward Oliver when he visits his house because the book didn't explain enough how he fell in love with Oliver except Oliver's physical attraction .(If Oliver didn't have a handsome face and a hot body,He might have fell in love with other guy with Mr prefect?)

Or is it just a young love in the first sight ?

I've got many questions to Elio like,' Why did you try to have sex with a girl while you were fully aware of feeling toward Oliver?(I don't wanna hear you say it was because you wanted to make Oliver jealous or something)"

If he wholeheartedly loves Oliver, he shoud have sticked to it .I can not be convinced by a disroyal protagonist at all. He idealised romance but too young to understand so do not call it a love let alone a true love Ok.haha

I don't like the two protagonists which is totally fine if books have interesting premises or stories but this story is a character driven story where authors need to create interesting characters who can possibly give an impact on a story or who cause some emotional waves in readers.Othewise, a story will end up being pretty mediocre and forgettable.

By the way I watched the film despite not liking the book and I love the atmospheric setting in north Italy.On top of that I adore the music that Elio plays in a scene.

It's so relaxing and cozy.

An Italian town ....I wish I could fly there and have a big table filled with wine and flavourful fruit in the air of laughter of my friends and family.That would be absolutely fantastic.haha

It's gettig late now. 

I hope the rain in Kumamoto goes away quickly and no more damage in an affected area remains.

I'm deeply shocked to know about what happened in Kumamoto and how devastated people are to have lost thier family , friends and lovers.

I am just praying for a peace.

No more flooding..
